Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 15 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
- All return requests must be approved by our support team prior to shipping
- Items on sale, part of bundle deals, or marked as free gifts are non-returnable
Return Fees and Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Any shipping costs originally covered by us (including “free shipping”) will be deducted from your refund
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, per your preference
- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing once the return is received, and an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Fraud & Chargebacks
We take fraud seriously. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of purchasing privileges
- Investigation and potential legal action or law enforcement involvement
- Placement of your account with a collection agency, including up to 35% in added fees for collection and legal costs
