Trapazco provides professional-grade tools, automation systems, and agricultural inputs. By using our site, you agree to use our products responsibly and in accordance with their intended use.
2. Product Categories & Intended Use
A. Automation Systems (e.g., Drum Sorter, Gram Master)
- Designed for post-harvest handling, sorting, and packaging.
- Should be operated by trained personnel using safe practices.
B. Agricultural Products (e.g., Grow, Core, Bloom Nutrients)
- Formulated to support plant health and performance throughout cultivation.
- Use strictly according to product labels and guidelines.
- Not intended for ingestion or use outside of plant applications.
3. Responsibility & Proper Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products are used safely, responsibly, and in line with all provided instructions. Trapazco is not liable for misuse, unintended applications, or user error.
4. Orders, Payments & Shipping
- Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided via custom freight quote.
Trapazco is not liable for:
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Delivery complications outside our control
5. Returns, Warranty & Support
Automation Systems
- 1-Year Limited Warranty on parts and materials
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee available on select models
Nutrients & Consumables
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Opened products are non-returnable
- Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence
